LETTER OF AUTHORISATION

Purpose of This Letter: This document is a legally binding authorisation by the registered owner of a motor vehicle permitting a named driver to operate that vehicle for transport services arranged through the YatGo Logistics Solutions platform. This Letter must be completed in full, signed by the Vehicle Owner, and submitted as part of the driver's registration on the YatGo platform. Without a valid Letter of Authorisation, the driver cannot be assigned any jobs on the YatGo platform.
01OWNER'S DECLARATION
I, the undersigned registered owner of the motor vehicle described below, hereby authorise the named Driver to operate the said vehicle for the purpose of providing transport services through the YatGo Logistics Solutions platform, in accordance with the terms set out in this Letter and the YatGo Transporter Agreement.

05SCOPE OF AUTHORISATION
By signing this Letter, the Vehicle Owner expressly authorises the named Driver to:
- Operate the above-described vehicle for transport services arranged exclusively through the YatGo Logistics Solutions platform
- Receive and accept job assignments on behalf of the Vehicle Owner through the YatGo platform
- Carry goods consigned by YatGo Clients in accordance with the YatGo Transporter Agreement
- Operate the vehicle within the geographic scope of the Republic of Kenya
- Complete the YatGo Delivery Confirmation Procedure on behalf of the Vehicle Owner upon completion of each job
06JOINT AND SEVERAL LIABILITY
The Vehicle Owner acknowledges and accepts that, by signing this Letter of Authorisation, the Vehicle Owner shall be bound jointly and severally with the Authorised Driver under the YatGo Transporter Agreement. This means the Vehicle Owner shall be equally liable for all obligations, duties, and indemnities arising from the Driver's use of the vehicle for YatGo transport services, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage to client goods, road traffic accidents, personal injury or death of third parties, and any breach of applicable law or the YatGo Transporter Agreement.
07OWNER'S WARRANTIES
The Vehicle Owner warrants and represents that:
- They are the lawful registered owner of the vehicle described in this Letter
- The vehicle has a valid commercial insurance policy that covers the named Driver while operating the vehicle for transport services
- The vehicle has a valid and current NTSA inspection certificate confirming roadworthiness
- The named Driver holds a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle class and has been authorised by the Vehicle Owner without coercion
- All information provided in this Letter is true, accurate, and complete to the best of the Vehicle Owner's knowledge
- The Vehicle Owner has read and accepts the YatGo Transporter Agreement in full

The Vehicle Owner confirms that the named Driver is listed as an authorised operator under the above-named insurance policy, or that the policy covers any qualified driver operating the vehicle with the Owner's consent. The Vehicle Owner shall maintain valid insurance coverage at all times during the period of this authorisation.
09DURATION AND REVOCATION
This Letter of Authorisation shall remain valid from the date of signature below until revoked in writing by the Vehicle Owner. To revoke this authorisation, the Vehicle Owner must notify YatGo Logistics Solutions in writing via email to info@yatgo.co.ke with at least 7 days' notice. Upon revocation, the Driver shall immediately cease all operations under YatGo on this vehicle.
10GOVERNING LAW
This Letter of Authorisation is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from this Letter shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the YatGo Transporter Agreement.

This Letter must be submitted together with a clear copy of the Vehicle Owner's National ID, a copy of the vehicle logbook, a copy of the vehicle insurance certificate, and the Vehicle Owner's passport photograph. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
