We assign a verified, fully vetted transporter from our network - matched specifically to your route, goods type, and vehicle requirement. Every transporter has passed our ID, licence, vehicle, and insurance checks.
Before the transporter arrives at your pickup location, YatGo confirms the transporter's full name and vehicle registration number - so you know exactly who to expect.
Our dispatch team keeps you informed at every key stage - pickup confirmed, goods loaded, in transit, near your destination, and delivered. You are never left wondering where your goods are.
Once your goods arrive safely, you receive a delivery confirmation, proof of delivery, and your invoice via WhatsApp or email - all on the same day. Your booking record is updated and available for reference.

Payment is made to YatGo via M-Pesa or bank transfer once your quote is confirmed. Payment details are included with your invoice. We settle the transporter after delivery, so your relationship remains with YatGo throughout.
Every booking receives a response within 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm). For after-hours or urgent requests, WhatsApp or call us directly and we will respond as promptly as possible.
Every transporter joins YatGo only after a complete verification of identity, licence, vehicle inspection, insurance, and certificate of good conduct. Standards are confirmed before any delivery.
