Identity documents, driving licences, and vehicle documents submitted during driver registration are retained for the duration of the driver's active status on the platform and for a period of 24 months after account deactivation. This retention period is required for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
After 24 months, documents are permanently deleted from our systems. Drivers may request confirmation of deletion by writing to info@yatgo.co.ke.
