What Each Status Means

Booking Confirmed
Your order is confirmed, price agreed, and a transporter is being assigned to your delivery.

Transporter Assigned
A verified, vetted transporter has been matched to your delivery and is being briefed.

Pickup Confirmed
The transporter has arrived at your pickup location and confirmed the goods are ready.

Goods Loaded
Your goods are secured on the vehicle and the journey to your destination has begun.

In Transit
The transporter is on route. Estimated arrival time will be shared if you ask.

Near Destination
The transporter is approaching your delivery address - prepare to receive.

Delivered
Your goods have been delivered and confirmed. Invoice and proof sent to your WhatsApp.
