What Each Status Means

When you request an update, our team will tell you exactly which stage your delivery is at. Here is what each status means.

Booking Confirmed
Your order is confirmed, price agreed, and a driver is being assigned to your delivery.
02
Driver Assigned
A verified, vetted driver has been matched to your delivery and is being briefed.
03
Pickup Confirmed
The driver has arrived at your pickup location and confirmed the goods are ready.
04
Goods Loaded
Your goods are secured on the vehicle and the journey to your destination has begun.
05
In Transit
The driver is on route. Estimated arrival time will be shared if you ask.
06
Near Destination
The driver is approaching your delivery address - prepare to receive.
07
Delivered
Your goods have been delivered and confirmed. Invoice and proof sent to your WhatsApp.
